Three simple steps to rolling over
Transfer your super by following these three simple steps. We'll take care of the rest.
 
  1. Find out where your super is. You'll need your old fund name(s) and membership number(s).
  2. Complete our rollover form, and then print and sign it. If you have more than one account to roll in, you'll need to complete more than one form.
  3. Finally, just post it to us at:               Vision Super

Once we receive your form(s) we'll contact your old fund(s) and arrange for your money to the rolled into your Vision Super account.
 
Check whether your fund charges exit fees or restricts the amount you can withdraw.
