How do I transfer my super to Vision Super?
Transfering money into Vision Super is easy. Just download and complete the Rollover to Vision Super form (Form 35) or call Member Services on (03) 9911 3222 (regional 1300 300 820) to have the form posted to you.
Once we receive the completed form, we'll do the rest. You'll be notified when the money has been moved into your Vision Super account.
What is the Lost Members Register?
The Lost Members Register is a central register of superannuation money reported lost by superannuation funds. Funds must provide details to the Australian Taxation Office when they can no longer contact a member. Learn more
