How can I check the last contribution paid for a member?
If you use the employer secure site, you can review the last batch submitted to Vision Super online. If you do not use the secure site, call Member Services on (03) 9911 3222 (regional 1300 300 820).
 
Once I've made a payment, how long does it take to process?
Members can expect to see contributions paid on their behalf in their super account within 3 days after we receive the money in the Vision Super bank account (on average). Incorrect paperwork or errors in online batch files can cause delays.
 
What do I need to know if an employee wants to Salary Sacrifice?
Salary Sacrifice is an arrangement between an employee and an employer. An employee transfers part of their BEFORE tax salary into super to gain tax benefits.
