How do I change my beneficiary?
If you are not a defined benefit member, you will need to advise the Trustee of your preferred beneficiary in the event of your death. Your nomination is not binding and the Trustee has discretion to determine in what proportions (if any) your benefit is paid.
Download and complete the Preferred beneficiary form (Form 8) and we will update your beneficiaries for you. Call Member Services on (03) 9911 3222 (regional 1300 300 820) if you would prefer to have this form posted to you.
